Getting started
How do I create a listing?
Go to your dashboard, click "Add new vehicle", and follow the 3-step form: basic info (make, model, year, type), details (features, rates, location), and photos.
What photos should I upload?
Upload at least 5 clear, well-lit photos showing the exterior (front, back, sides), interior, and dashboard. Good photos significantly increase bookings.
How do I set my prices?
You can set daily, weekly, and monthly rates. Research similar vehicles in your area to stay competitive. You can also set a security deposit amount.
Managing bookings
How do I accept or reject a booking?
When you receive a booking request, you'll get an email and in-app notification. Go to your dashboard to review and accept or reject the request.
What happens at pick-up?
Meet the renter at the agreed location. Do a quick walkaround inspection together, note any existing marks or damage, and hand over the keys. Confirm pick-up in the app.
What if a renter returns the vehicle late?
Late returns are handled through our dispute system. You can file a claim and our team will help resolve the situation fairly.
